Mark Warden is a FSP participant and early mover, having immigrated to NH from Las Vegas, NV in 2007. He has been in the real estate business for 20 years as an agent, investor and landlord. Mark formed “Team Porcupine Real Estate” in 2009, serving residential and commercial real estate clients, particularly libertarians, AnCaps and Free State Project participants.

Active politically, Mark served two terms in the New Hampshire legislature. While there, he co-founded the Natural Rights Caucus with other principled pro-liberty legislators. Serving on the Criminal Justice & Public Safety committee, Mark defended civil liberties, property rights and smaller government with every vote. He sponsored a number of bills to expand personal freedom and help small businesses, including legislation that cleared the way for the exploding nano-brewery industry in New Hampshire.

Mark serves as a volunteer ambassador for Free State Project, is a former director of New Hampshire Liberty Alliance, and works actively on identifying, recruiting and training pro-liberty candidates for office.
