Dan Hynes

Dan Hynes moved to New Hampshire in 2006 after completing law school. Dan was attracted to the "Live Free or Die" mentality and couldn't resist living in the only state that does not have a mandatory seat-belt law. Since moving to New Hampshire Dan has worked to help advance liberty by being involved in groups such as the NHLA. Last year Dan ran for State Senate and hopes to run for office again next election cycle. Dan enjoys testifying in front of the legislature on important issues, especially those related to criminal justice reform.

As an Attorney, Dan primarily handles criminal defense. However, some of his more well known cases have been pro-bono work on important issues such as the First Amendment including religious freedom, and other causes such as equal protection. Attorney Hynes is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. You can find out more through his law firm website nhlibertylawfirm.com.
