IRL - In Real Life, Love, and Liberty

In a recent ruling on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, Justice Scalia derided the Court's willingness to "endure whatever interpretive distortions it takes in order to correct a supposed flaw" in a statute or constitutional provision. Apart from being a great example of the pot calling the kettle black, this is an unprecedented invitation from the Court itself for people to realize that the usual underpinnings of law have eroded to the point where there really is no way to stay within the bounds of the law, because those bounds no longer exist. We're all outlaws now. So if we have to be outlaws, why not be outlaws together in the Live Free or Die state?
