Kids of all ages (including grown-up kids!) are invited to a Make-Your-Own Ice Cream Sundae Party in the Porc Family Connection (PFC) room! Cookbook author & FSP early mover Randy Clemens will prepare an assortment of gourmet toppings and sauces to be drizzled over fun ice cream and sorbet flavors! The combinations are endless! The ice cream is from Rock Salt Creamery in Sanbornton. Pay what feels right; all donations will go toward future Porc Family Connection events right here in the Free State!
All attendees are invited to meet like minded friends through the Porc Family Connection room at Liberty Forum on Friday & Saturday from 9 am - 6 pm! Join us for the Make-Your-Own Sundae Party on Friday afternoon, the PFC Pizza Party lunch on Saturday, or just stop by anytime for a place to relax or play. Use this space to get connected, share experiences, gather homeschooling information, and any other resources you might need to make your visit or move to the Free State more comfortable. Be sure to catch our PFC presentation and interactive community building sessions on Saturday morning in the main program!
An experienced child care giver will be available in the room filled with toys and games on Friday and Saturday from 10 am - 12 noon and 2 pm - 4 pm. These services are available on a suggested donation basis of $20 for 1 child per session in appreciation of the space and volunteer caregivers such as Miranda Nyx Animus, Amber Daves, and Evelin Boerner. Parents will also have to sign a liability waiver.
