Trigger warnings, affirmative consent, disinvitations, kangaroo courts and the presumption of guilt for those accused of sexual misconduct, demands for “safe spaces”  where students are shielded from speech that makes them “uncomfortable”… These troubling trends on  college/university campuses have endangered academic freedom, freedom of speech, due process, and privacy. Worse yet, these repressive measures actually undermine their asserted goals, including gender equality.
