Last month Ross Ulbricht’s lawyers filed a 170-page appeal on his behalf. A heroic piece of work, it is not only important to Ross, but to our country. It boldly defends our Constitutional protections and our right to a fair trial. I will go through the major points of the appeal and show how it impacts each of us and our freedoms.
