Professor Angela Dills outlines the various existing forms of school choice in elementary and secondary education. She summarizes the existing research on how educational freedom affects student outcomes.

This talk includes breakout sessions led by speakers and FSP volunteers. Attendees will be assigned to breakout groups and remain with the same group throughout the conference.
